Eddie Hart is a seasoned public safety professional with over 30 years of law enforcement and training experience. He currently serves as a Professional Services Manager for VR at AXON, supporting advanced training solutions nationwide. Eddie retired from the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office after three decades of service, including roles as Defensive Tactics and Less-Lethal Coordinator and active SWAT operator. He is a Senior Master Instructor with AXON and holds numerous instructor certifications in defensive tactics, firearms, EVOC, chemical munitions, impact munitions, and tactical operations. Eddie is also an active adjunct instructor with Daytona State College, the University of North Florida’s Institute for Police Technology and Management, and the Department of Homeland Security, bringing extensive expertise in officer safety and law enforcement education.
