Webinar Description

In this webinar, we will examine fast speech interpreted simultaneously in court settings. We will discuss the characteristics of the discourse used in several proceedings, such as opening statements and jury instructions. We will try our hand at interpreting at speeds over 180 words per minute and explore strategies and techniques to avoid having to interrupt speakers engaged in critical arguments before the Court.
