Course Description

Objection! In this class, learn briefly about the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The class will focus on terminology applicable to many court settings such as "more prejudicial than probative," "hearsay," "leading question," "lack of foundation," and more. We will spend half the class reviewing objections terminology and half the class discussing proper procedures for simultaneous (or consecutive) interpretation of objections.

**Please note this self-paced course is not currently approved for New Mexico CEUs.
