Webinar Description

What do immigration lawyers and judges mean when they say a statute is "divisible," how should you interpret that, and how does it affect LEPs? In this class, we will cover how to interpret terms related to statute divisibility and how its meaning and applicability have changed in the last few decades (no law degree required!). Come prepared to practice self-recorded simultaneous interpretation of IJ bond and removal decisions regarding divisibility.
